Melissa Grassia-Chisholm is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with over a 14 years of experience helping seniors overcome voice, swallowing, and breathing challenges. As the CEO of Voice Rehab and founder of The Foundation for Voice and Swallow Wellness, Melissa is passionate about empowering older adults to live healthier, more independent lives by addressing the vital skills of speaking, eating, and breathing.

Melissa’s expertise combines medical knowledge with a heartfelt dedication to senior wellness. She has worked in hospitals, nursing homes, and rehabilitation centers, providing therapy to help older adults regain their ability to communicate and enjoy meals safely. Her presentations are practical, engaging, and full of tips seniors can use every day to feel more confident in their voice and swallowing abilities.

Melissa studied vocal performance at Berklee College of Music before earning her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Nova Southeastern University. Her musical background gives her a unique perspective on voice care, which she shares with her clients to help them maintain a strong, clear voice, whether they’re singing, socializing, or speaking with loved ones.

Through her nonprofit, Melissa offers education and resources tailored to seniors ,singers and other speech pathologists focusing on preventing common complications like pneumonia, choking, and chronic cough. She believes in empowering individuals to take control of their health with easy, actionable strategies that improve their quality of life.

Melissa has presented for organizations like the Parkinson’s Foundation and senior wellness groups, as well as facilitated support groups and workshops on vocal health, swallowing safety, and breath support.

Mia Klek, MA, CF-SLP, is a speech-language pathologist specializing in the evaluation and treatment of voice, swallowing, and upper airway disorders, with a particular passion for singing health and the performing voice. She brings a unique, integrated perspective to her work, blending evidence-based clinical practice with a deep understanding of vocal artistry and performance demands.

Mia earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Musical Theatre from the nationally renowned Millikin University before completing her Master of Arts in Speech-Language Pathology at Ohio University. Her background as a performer allows her to connect authentically with singers, actors, and professional voice users, while her clinical training ensures comprehensive, individualized care.

She works with individuals experiencing a wide range of voice and airway conditions, including vocal fold lesions, muscle tension dysphonia, presbylarynx, spasmodic dysphonia, inducible laryngeal obstruction (ILO), chronic cough, and dysphagia. Mia is dedicated to helping clients rehabilitate and optimize their voices through thoughtful assessment, functional therapy, and patient-centered collaboration. Amber is a speech-language pathologist with a passion for nurturing early communication through meaningful connection. Born in Canada and rooted in South Florida for over 20 years, Amber has built both her personal and professional life around supporting young children and their families.

Her love for children began at a young age and naturally led her to the field of speech-language pathology. Amber’s primary interests include early intervention and feeding therapy, where she focuses on supporting developmental milestones in a warm, play-based, and family-centered way.

Amber is Early Steps–certified and has proudly served as a mentor and supervisor for over three years, guiding fellow professionals while continuing to grow and learn herself. She believes that empowering parents is just as important as supporting children.

When she’s not working, Amber enjoys spending time with her three dogs—including her newest addition, Comfy—and soaking up relaxed weekends with family and friends.
